We purchased these for a camping trip where we made hot dogs and, of course, s'mores. My kids are sometimes hesitant to roast over the fire due to the length of the roasting sticks we've had in the past. These were perfect! The telescoping was made for variable lengths, and even if we didn't fully extend it, it held in place without sliding. The fork was a great distance apart for secure handling of a hot dog, and fit two marshmallows with ease. The carrying case is a great addition for easy storage! Very happy with this purchase!

On Tuesday I was invited to a May Day picnic on Thursday. I decided to take s'mores but needed sticks for the marshmellows, so on Wednesday I checked Amazon. They had these at a very reasonable price, with next day delivery. I ordered. They came Thursday afternoon. 10 with antenna like things in a nice zipper bag. 2 prongs, they were about a foot long but expanded to at least 2 feet. I took to the picnic and everyone liked them. Happy ending. This is not a paid review.

They work well but I wish they could extend about 6" longer and we're twice the gauge steel. They feel cheap. With the forks close, they do prevent a hot marshmallow from spinning on its own, which I appreciate.

I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived today. My smores sticks came in a bag, which I wasn’t expecting (I know, the picture shows one but I ordered them in an hurry and didn’t realize it) and that’ll be great for storing between uses. They are also telescoping, so you can extend them as little or as much as you want. Additionally, they arrived overnight.

These long marshmallow roasting sticks are designed to make roasting marshmallows for s'mores a breeze. With a length of 32 inches, they keep you at a safe distance from the fire, which is definitely a plus for safety. While the quality is decent and they do the job well, I found them to be kind of pricey. Honestly, I would still opt for the cheaper dollar store options. They work just as well for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs, and the reality is that these sticks are just as easy to lose during camping trips. Overall, while the MalloMe S'mores Sticks are a solid product, the cost might not justify the purchase when there are more affordable alternatives that do the same job. If you're looking to save a bit, the dollar store options are just as effective!
