They work well but I wish they could extend about 6" longer and we're twice the gauge steel. They feel cheap. With the forks close, they do prevent a hot marshmallow from spinning on its own, which I appreciate.

These are a lightweight alternative to bamboo smores sticks, which is what I was looking for. Something sustainable that the grandkids could use. These are extendable, color coded, and will be easy for the kiddos to manipulate. I love that they come in a carrying bag, and that they came in sets of 5. I bought two sets so there's no arguing! I have a similar set that's sturdier, but I think these are better for kids. Haven't used them yet but in looking them over, they are a great value at a great price. As long as you stick to marshmallows and hot dogs, these should work fine.

I purchased this set for my granddaughter to use as she loves to make s’mores. I loved how long the handles were which obviously keeps her away from the fire. They are very well-made and definitely a value for the money. She loves using them! These also make a great gift when pairing them with graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows. I would definitely give these as a gift and buy them again

The media could not be loaded. They worked great for the cooking. Need to make sure though with little ones that they don’t touch the metal after cooking. Cleaned up well and storage case is nice.

These do work, but they are incredibly cheap and flimsy. We used these for the first time on a group camping trip this weekend. I pulled out one of the sticks, and completely pulled it out! The telescoping fork part totally separated from the base. Someone threw it away before I could take a picture. So they do work and have a decent reach, but be very gentle when opening them!
