  • Perfect for chicken protection.
Size: 25'×50'-1''
This is perfect if your wanting to protect your chickens from birds. Durable. Was it easy to put up? Absolutely not, however I don't think any net actually would be. It's packaged very well, not tangled up and unravels easily for easy setup. However do not let it touch the ground! Every single leaf and stick will get tangled in it. But if you can get through that you've got it made. Highly recommend. It blends nicely into the scenery. Easy to cut to desired length. And the size I got is about the size hole of chicken wire so you really could use it to entirely enclosed your chicken run with it. Dual purpose. ... show more

  • Excellent value for hawk protection!
Size: 25'×50'-1''
We love this! It was a little hard to put up but does the trick really well! We strung it across our existing wire livestock type fence and supported the center with a tree trunk and dug a hole for the tree to stabilize. It’s not exactly fancy looking but it keeps our chickens safe from hawks!

  • Better to Pretend You Bought It
Size: 50'×50'-2.4''
I paid the full price for essentially a handful of zip ties. This product is borderline useless. Sure, if you have an absolutely flat, unobstructed, non-grass / pasture / literally anything other than polished concrete, this product MIGHT work. The netting caught every possible snag it could, tangled every possible way it could. They have ties every other meter... as if that would have solved the problem. They TWISTED THE LINE for packing purposes. I'll be luck if I get 10x 20 piece out of this monstrosity. I'd send it back, if it weren't completely covered in every free particle not solidly bolted to the ground. Would get caught on my rings, caught on blades of grass, sticks, the air, you name it. Sorry for the bad review, but consider packing your product so that it simply UNROLLS, so that you can tie off each end directly, and UNROLL it the length you need it, rather than seeking some parody of the Möbius strip. ... show more

  • Huge solid net
Size: 50'×50'-2.4''
Huge! Solid netting, it is an absolute pain to unravel and get set up but is fantastic once it is up. It will catch on absolutely everything, so have a good plan for getting it up.

  • Poultry Netting does netting things
Size: 50'×50'-2.4''
It does what it needs to once it's up -- but actually getting it up will be a major challenge in "real" yards that have things like... grass, bushes, flowers. It will catch and snag on every single microscopic board splinter, every tiny frayed end of chicken wire. To say that a single 2-inch twig will completely prevent the netting from unrolling properly is not an exaggeration. Don't put this up thinking you'll wear clothing with small buttons or glasses. NOT a 1-person job. Not even really a 2 person job, either. On the plus side, the nylon is very strong and not prone to breakage. I got this net to replace one that had deteriorated after about 5 years of use. It's easy to patch and becomes virtually invisible once up. As others have pointed out, this net is a BIRD KILLER if you do not secure it taut and in a way that birds cannot actually walk into any part of it. I've had ducks and geese pick at this stuff and get it wrapped around their tongues as well. So if you have excess netting, bind it tightly up out of reach or cut it off! ... show more

  • Great product, we'll see!
Size: 25'×50'-1''
This stuff seems good. It feels very thin but others have noted it works well. We have a hawk problem we hope to solve with this. Time will tell. As others have stated, it sticks to everything and grabs onto everything. My gloves were stuck and tangled in it several times. With a few people, we got it installed. This won't work for everyone but for our run (14ft x 20ft with a perimeter of 1x4s on face at the top) we first laid out the entire 25ft x 50ft net on the snowy ground and then folded it over on itself one time to create a 25ft x 25ft net, 2 layers thick. Then we rolled that onto a 2x4x16. With two of us on either side of the run (14ft side), we placed the board with the rolled up net on top of one end of the run and then rolled it out, being mindful to ensure both layers of netting were together and hanging over all sides as we went down the run. We rolled it a few feet, moved the ladders and continued to the end. Without doing this, it would have been an absolute nightmare with wire fencing, staples and boards catching it all the way. Once it was all laid out, rather than stapling it to the side boards all around the run, we cut 1x2s down to around 18" long and screwed those down every few feet all the way around the perimeter with the netting underneath. The netting catches seemingly everything so the thought is if a hawk or owl gets snarled in it, I can easily remove a few of those boards to let the netting down to ground level to remove the bird. For anyone with bird banding experience, this stuff is like a slightly thicker mist netting so my fear is the hawk or owl is not going to just bounce off, they'll probably get caught in it. Again, time will tell. ... show more
