I've NEVER felt so compelled to review a product. Having just returned a similar bedspread (spread + 2 shams alone, were $700!) from another online retailer because it wasn't a color match, I needed to replace our tattering, spread (1st pic) of 15 yrs. I was concerned by a few bad reviews on this one, but decided that since it was the style that best matched my existing traditional decor/color palette, to buy it anyway. Yes, everything was VERY wrinkled upon arrival. No, it's NOT cheap fabric, that snags easily. The quality is unexpectedly much better than I expected, for the price. All pieces are well made. Wrinkled arrival of any fabric is to be expected with the convenience of online shopping. The remedy is to simply iron, which I did. For bed skirt and pillows, I got out the ironing board. For the bedspread, I ironed it on the bed. Yes, it's time consuming. But, a little effort makes ALL the difference in the appearance. 2nd pic is an example of how wrinkled, each of the 9 piece set was, upon opening. 3rd pic shows close up, how beautifully it smoothed out. If I have any dislike, it's that the King size is actually more wide than a King. As 4th pic shows, the side that nobody sees except me, goes to the ground. One thing that I personally, didn't care for was the lack of color delineation between comforter and bed skirt. My remedy was to add a contrasting bullion trim, that I think, achieves perfection. 5th pic shows how nice the trim looks on two sides. And finally, 6th pic is the final view upon entering our gorgeous bedroom. I absolutely LOVE this set, and cannot believe what an AMAZING value, it is! P.S. I notice that photos are out of the order in which I placed them.

The fabric is beautiful. The packaging was terrible. We had to work at getting most of the wrinkles out and it's still a tad wrinkled. When you order an item they can't control the quality of packaging and in this case it was horrible, so ordering another one might have given me the same result. We ordered a different size and it came in the original plastic zipper case that was inside a large box. Running it through the dryer didn't help bc it's so big. So we ended up spraying it with plain water and laying it over our hot car that had just come from the car wash and left outside in 100* heat. It worked, but with Wayfair, you can't pick up the product from the store. They need to get control of their shipping department. I should have gotten a partial refund but I didn't want to discuss it any longer with the customer service person who was reading information about the fabric and recommendations about removing wrinkles - the standard stuff which did not help us at all.

I read the reviews on this, good and bad, prior to purchasing. I must say I was a little concerned based on some of the comments; however, I made the decision to purchase it anyway knowing I could return it. When it arrived it was nicely packaged. Yes, I had to iron the bed skirt and did follow the advice and ironed the comforter once I had it on the bed. It turned out beautifully. I could not be more pleased with the color, the way it fits, as well as the quality. I think perhaps the packaging may have been changed since some of the reviews as it arrived packaged in the same manner as the bedding one would purchase at any store. The wrinkling is what I have experienced with all comforter sets, no more, no less. I was very pleased and it is a very beautiful set. I cannot comment on the quality above stating it seems to be nicely made. The stitching is well done and I have found no issues. Based on my experience and the fact that it is a lovely set I would highly recommend it.

I liked the quality of comforter and pillows, the flange is a brown color on pillows, it doesn’t match my bedroom, the comforter looks good with my white items . The whole set will look good together, just not on my bed. I do love comforter and it was a fabulous price!

The media could not be loaded. Do not listen when other reviews tell you not to believe the bad ones. There is a video that shows EXACTLY what happens to your quilt. Don’t get me wrong it is beautiful however the stitching does come apart and it happened after 1 wash. I would not suggest buying this set only because of that. If this is for a guest room or won’t really be used and only for show it is perfect however understand that it may (more than likely) come apart at the seams once you wash it

When I say great value, I'm not talking about Walmart. Now the set ain't J Queen, but it was good bang for the buck. Actually looks nice after all. Got it used for $99 so you can't go wrong. Some say it wrinkles but I really don't see anything excessive or untypical. Color is Aubrey, a variation of gold, like a nice brass or bronze color. Blends nicely. Perfect. Better than I expected.
