Bedding came in air tight package. I just threw the pillows in the dryer for about 20 minutes, they fluffed right up! Will probably do the same with the comforter. Comforter is also very pretty, feels soft, no stitching issues or rips. Fits her queen bed perfectly! my daughter will love it!

I bought one a couple years ago, and it was awesome. I bought a second one and it looked like an unprofessional made it. I was very disappointed in the whole thing. VERY CHEAPLY put together. It was in an airtight bag and was so wrinkled I had to use my steamer on it and it still didn't get them out. . The stitching is already coming apart and it isn't even 2 weeks old, I submitted for a refund but they decided to send me another. and I am glad they did, The stitching in the second one is perfect!!! there are before and after I returned . I am loving this comforter once again!! fast easy exchange!! THANK YOU!!!! ... show more

Needed new comforter and absolutely loved this one to match my room. Was supposed to receive next day but was delayed due to weather. It was delivered a few days later and the inside box was all torn up (pics) but outside box was completely fine. Not sure if shipped that way/ destroyed from weather/mishandled etc and they put in another box. Honestly I was afraid to open it thinking it would be destroyed but it was completely fine! Instructions say to throw in dryer once opened so I did. It looks beautiful on my bed and I love that it came with the 3 smaller pillows ( I thought just pillow cases were included). I love these things: embroidery, dark colors, and pillows...so, win win win! Nice fabric, hella soft and super comfy. The comforter is a little warm for Florida weather aka the depths of hades, but would be glorious in colder climates. We just kick it off at night and rock a sweet sheet set. We both run hot and that's our experience. We love it, and at this price point you can't go wrong. We finally feel like real, fancy grown ups now! The stitching has a couple of tiny imperfections but nothing serious. I washed the comforter and pillow cases on delicate in cold water as per the directions. I alternated between air dry and low heat and it was barely wrinkled and all kinds of soft. It looks great on the bed and great in our room! Tres classe, baybay! ... show more

    • The color in the photo is incorrect. The aqua blue is really teal green.
Fell in love with this set and loved the color scheme in the picture. When we received it, we were very disappointed as the aqua blue turned out to be teal green.The picture also had the top of the comforter turned over so the grey at the top looked in sync with the pattern but if not folded, over it's at least 1/3 grey at the top. It also wasn't sewn properly in the seam and there was hole. If what I received was what was depicted in the picture, I would have definitely kept it. I would have flipped the top over like it showed to even the grey and I would have repaired it myself but the aqua blue was what we really wanted. ... show more
