All I can say is, I need a "SMedium"! Small + Medium = smedium! Small is too tight, and medium just a bit too big. Otherwise, very pleased with this scrub pant and the quality---can't beat the price for these, either. I really like the fact that the cargo pockets are in just the right spot, too. No front pockets- a plus, if you ask me. They just make a person look dumpy, and. if you're already a little on the "hip-py" side, well, that's not so good. I know scrubs aren't supposed to be for fashion, but they should fit well and be somewhat flattering. I also like they do not have any elastic in the waistline. That way, if you're feeling a little fat or bloaty that day, you can let them out a little. :) Nice scrub pant for the money. Color is decent and doesn't fade too quickly like some of the other brands do. Would recommend these to anyone in the healthcare industry. I ordered these for my X-Ray tech son, who's 6' tall and 155 pounds. He normally wears 34" long jeans, so finding scrub pants that are long enough isn't easy. But these Medium Tall pants are huge! I added an elastic waist (easy to do with the drawstring caseing already there ) and I'll need to hem them up at least 3" before he can wear them.
