This is a great work shirt. Its fairly roomy for those that need a little extra space in the chest area. That being said I need the chest, shoulders, arms and hips from the size large-xlarge and the waist from the medium. But this is an ongoing problem for me. If you are a little more curvy than average or a little bulkier in the arms and shoulders size up at least 1 size Its got a bit of stretch....but not enough. For reference I am curvy and wear anything from a womens pants size 6-10 depending on fit and a shirt size womens( not juniors), medium-large and Im about 5' 3.5"-5' 4". The length is good even if youre curvier. It hits the upper part of my hips. Like maybe the low-rise pants waistband area. I purchased both the medium and the large. The large over all fit better. Though I do wear the medium on occasion just with an undershirt as I cant button the top buttons. ... show more

I really love the color of this shirt-- I now have two of them, they have stretched out a bit after 30 plus washings, but I am happy overall. I am about a 10 on top, and the medium fit perfectly. The flaps of the arm cuffs are kind of annoying, they do not stay put and flap around, so I have stapled them. Clearly I am no seamstress. But they are still my favorite shirts, easy to wear, wash and iron, and re-staple. I am grateful, from reading the reviews, that the size I chose actually fit and I did not have to deal with any return frustrations. But for very frequent FOH use, and re-use, and washing, I am pretty darn pleased. ... show more

    • This shirt is not a good fit for females with bigger chests. Can barely button it closed.

This shirt will not work for you if you are bigger in the chest area. Would be better if the material had a little stretch to it.
