Stronger
Making the truck stronger so it doesn't flex on crashes, easy to install, does take out some of the chassis flex as you apply the throttle for better take off

Perfect Upgrade for the Rustler
I had originally started out with the basic Rustler 4x4 brushed model, and after a year or so, wanted to start making upgrades. First was the light kit, which at the time was only offered as a stand alone kit, then the Vileneon brushless motor and esc, and then last week the aluminum center drive shaft. This week was the center brace, and I had no problems installing it, and was very happy it had two mounting pads built in to move the light kit control box, as you have to remove it to install the brace. I read some people who bought it were upset because they thought they could have one or the other, but not both. Definitely not the case here.. must have been user’s inability to figure things out as it doesn’t really say in the instructions. Excellent upgrade for the rustler (or slash with low CG chassis) 4x4. It will fit brushed or brushless since the chassis for either setup is the same.

Nice center brace
So this is for the Slash LCG chassis but with some finesse and a dremel you can make it fit a standard Slash 4x4 VXL. I was able to test fit it but had to remove because unfortunately it doesn't fit with the body cage I already have installed. Although the brace is strong and beautiful, it's not going to add more protection or strength than my rigid body cage. Still like it and will definitely install it if I have to stop using the cage.

Easy and important upgrade
The media could not be loaded. Fits great! Reinforces the chassis during impacts/falls. Being a Traxxas part, it fits very well. As I mentioned in the video there are two front mounts. One is for the slash, the other is for the sledge I believe. Follow the instructions and you can’t screw it up. Looks good in that Traxxas blue. Matches the other blue accents in the vehicle.

Fantastic modification
I put this on my Traxxas Rally. This fit perfectly. The body is much more rigid now.

NOT FOR HCG
Should Be a bit more clear that it's not intended for a hcg slash but totally can be used for it with small modifications only thing you need to modify is side cutters and the chassis brace you cut the leg hitting the servo then then cut the extra legs on the rear and use that as a spacer to reach the bolts and the front only screws with 2 boles and she's in

Great product, missing screw
Love the product. should hold up to years of abuse like most traxxas products! Packaging was a little weird, screws and manual came in a literal sandwich baggy, like one you buy from the store with a green zipper lol. Had a hole ripped open… weird but the product is definitely new and was perfect. 1 missing screw, luckily I had spares. product it self is great. Highly recommend

A Must Have
Per the Pros in the industry, a LCG Chassis HAS to have support so not to bend the drive shaft and cause transmission and differential damage, Traxxas should ABSOLUTELY have that installed on the car when you buy one. Actually they like to make big $$$, so omitting that one part could cost some serious money for repairs. Easy to install, don't take any chances, slash ultimate is not cheap, take good care of it.
