Description
A Stripped-back Metal Machine The Charvel Jim Root Signature Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR M captures the brutal tone and attitude of legendary Stone Sour and Slipknot guitarist Jim Root in a no-nonsense 6-string package! This guitar’s mahogany body is outfitted with two EMG active Jim Root Daemonum humbuckers — an incredible design that combines the power of Jim’s go-to 81/60s with the flexibility of EMG’s Retro Active pickups. A spartan setup of a single volume knob and a 3-way switch keep things simple on stage, while the Floyd Rose 1500 Series Double-locking Tremolo offers maximum tuning stability with even the sharpest of dive bombs. What’s more, the Charvel Speed Neck’s rolled fingerboard edges and 12–16-inch compound radius deliver the high- performance feel that’s made Charvel a metal mainstay for decades.Jim Root Daemonum humbuckers A longtime champion of EMG’s pickups, Jim Root spent over three years tweaking and tuning
