    • Strong Yet Soft! Long-lasting, Cleans Great
Size: 6 Rolls (429 Sheets)
Review Image by Celia
Charmin Essentials Strong holds up really well without sacrificing comfort. The 2-ply sheets are durable and don't tear easily during use, but they still feel soft enough for everyday use. Because the rolls are full and sturdy, they last longer than basic single-ply options, meaning fewer roll changes. It delivers reliable quality, cleans thoroughly, and offers great value for a household staple. Definitely a reliable pick if you want strength without a rough texture! ... show more

    • Everyday choice for a busy home
Size: 6 Rolls (429 Sheets)
There are quite a few people in my household, so we go through toilet paper pretty fast. When I buy it, I always pay attention to whether it’s durable and easy to use day to day. After switching to this brand, I noticed I’m changing the roll less often than I expected. When I first opened it, the paper felt a bit thin, but in actual use it’s surprisingly strong. Even when it gets a little wet, it doesn’t fall apart right away, so I don’t feel the need to pull extra sheets just to be safe. One thing I’m really happy about is that it flushes well without making me worry about clogs. Our plumbing is pretty old, so I try to choose products that are gentle on the pipes. So far, everything has been smooth, which gives me peace of mind. The rolls also fit nicely on our holder without needing any adjustments. Of course, it’s not the softest toilet paper I’ve ever used. If you prefer something super plush, you might notice a difference. For me, though, practicality matters more than a luxury feel. This product quietly does its job and fits our family’s everyday needs. It also makes shopping for household essentials a little less stressful, so I’ll definitely consider buying it again. ... show more

    • My favorite things - TP!
I hope the company is not planning to discontinue this variation of their product, because it is my preferred TP of all. (My second being Scott.) Scott is perhaps a bit stronger, but the Charmin Essentials Strong Toilet Paper is still preferable mainly because it is more absorbent and thicker than the Scott. I would prefer however that the Charmin would still be available in the 12 roll pack rather than this 9 roll. They also have a limit to three packs which isn't quite adequate to my needs. For some reason my local Walmart has stopped carrying this product. It is even getting difficult to find here on Amazon. Anyway, I prefer it to the others mainly because it does not shed all these feathery shreds of paper like their Soft variety does. It also doesn't puncture as easily as the contenders, and when used slightly damp for small countertop cleanups (in lieu of paper towels), it holds together better than the others. (I always use the 'tail-ends' in other locations like countertops or desktop, to be used for quick spills/crumbs cleanups and also instead of 'kleenex' facial tissues. ... show more

    • MID PRICE & QUALITY. NOT LOW. NOT HIGH.
Size: 6 Rolls (429 Sheets)
Charmin has acquired great reputation from the buns in our household. This is a more affordable option of Charmin. That said, you MAY notice that affordability in the product a bit. You MAY not at all. Its entirely up to what you value more, or NEED more budget wise even. If you can see/ afford to spend the few $ more for the 'premium' option do so.. that said, I do think this is a great in between of affordability and premium-ish product. I still like Angel Softs price point to product best for the "essentials everyday" type. But the non essentials Charmin is well superior to that. Like I said, what matters to your wallet and buns most?? ... show more

    • MUST LAYER IT WELL
Size: 9 Rolls (429 Sheets)
Imagine this toilet paper being used by children. Children who are used to having stronger toilet paper. When I tell you I 1000% blame myself for trying to save a buck. I do. This 1 ply toilet paper is the thing of nightmares in my home. A pro to this toilet is that as far as I can tell it really is lint free. No fuzzy left overs. However with this thin toilet paper one could say in your time of need. It may forsake you. You may hear a shrill from your bathroom of a child freaking out that the tissue "ripped" while wiping. Which could be a whole fiasco in itself. Some of the negative reviews are not lying about this toilet paper. For granted I've had way worse but I'd maybe give this to people to use who I didnt really care about. Perhaps when the in-laws stay over or at a airbnb. It 100% is not tear resistant. The toilet paper also requires you to use so much more to prevent a accidental finger piercage disaster. It would have been worth it for me to just buy my normal brand at the rate this was used. It ran out extremely fast hence it being so thin and having to use much. At that rate its not even budget friendly. You will need 2 packs of this tp compared to some of the other brands. Use at your own risk just double up on the sheets if you do. ... show more
