Need to start manufacturing the boot with their colors on the inside description because the boot you receive does not match the pictures or previous orders! I believe there is mix-up happening in the warehouse. The far right boot is the one I've bought for years. First purchased in store and then ordered on Amazon. This the color I like. The first order on Amazon was for "cognac" but this boot (far right in the picture) looks more like the pictured "tan" so I believe it was a mistakenly sent (worked out bc it was the color I wanted). I recently ordered replacements in both the "tan" and "cognac" (far left and middle, respectively) and none of them are the same! If you look the pictures on Amazon and compare to my photo, these boots SHOULD be "mocha," "cognac", and "tan" but were ordered as "tan," "cognac," and "cognac." Working on a return replacement to see if I can replace the boot color on the far right...will update when I receive the new pair. Love the boots, bought for years but please change/update your pictures and colors to a standarized system that works!! Based on the number of reviewes with similar colors issues, I'm not the only one. Its not that hard to correct! *All boot labeled "Charles Albert" on the inside. Original pair bought in store were also "charles albert"

Absolute garbage, my wife bought these three months ago and wears them all the time. They look amazing but some how, no matter what I do, I always have to pick them up she leaves them laying everywhere……literally everywhere! I’ve gone to the extreme of hiding them from her and she still finds them. Truthfully it absurd, it’s like having a chuckydoll but boot form, I’ve hidden dozens of her other shoes with no problems whatsoever but these boots keeps showing up.

I tried on about 15 different boots at all the usual shoe and department stores to wear to Taylor Swift. They were all uncomfortable. Running out of time, I found these on amazon. They arrived the next day and to my surprise-were SO comfortable and even cuter in real life. I didn't even break them in, and wore them walking/standing/dancing for 13 hours without a single twinge of discomfort. They were accurately sized and well made.

Well made boots and they are really comfortable! I have a wide foot and they fit me perfectly! I do wear a nylon sock with them and haven't worn anything thicker. So if you have a wide foot and need a thick sock due to cold climate they might be too snug…

I have wide ankles/calves so finding boots that actually fit my legs is super hard nowadays. If you’re someone with wider lower legs these are perfect! They have so much space for your ankle and calf to move around and I got so many compliments on them. They feel really high quality and aren’t hard to walk in at all.
