The instructions were nearly impossible to interpret. There is a wedge that you have to install inside clip and it is not clear where you put it did he serve on the back of the phone wedge was old dried out and did not work I had to improvise. I needed this desperately for a business trip and did not have time to get anything else (left the suction cup mount at home, as luck would have it). I'll probably send it back and request a refund. I will go the standard suction cup route or one of the other "holders" that supposedly moulds to your dashboard.     • Wored okay, but not a good solution for our 2017 CRV
Large enough to hold our TomTom, but takes up a lot of space on the dash and the bulk was distracting . Did not slide around, but it did tend to move as I was trying to put in destination. Ultimately returned because it was not a good solution for us.

Although I had to purchase some Velcro strips to attach it to my dashboard, I like this devise very much. I find with it I can see and manage by GPS unit much better and easier.
