These are super soft, stretchy, and not at all tight on the waist - where they sit comfortably. I could wear these all day-everyday! I am short (5') and they fit perfectly. Also they have 2 dedicated slant pockets on the side which you can't always find in Champion leggings. And at this amazing price point?!     • Great material but the rest is a miss
To start off, these are not shorts and I have no idea why it says shorts in the title. I didn't think they were shorts- they clearly in the photos are not- but just in case you too are confused: not shorts. These leggings are a great material and I love the pocket. Where the stars get knocked off is the length and the seams (everywhere but particularly on the waist). The length is way too short. The measurements are right there in the title, but the reality doesn't match. The leggings don't seem short until you've got them on, and then crotch just doesn't come the whole way up without jostling. If you pull them up from the bottom, they don't sit like 7/8, so it's just weird. I am 5'9, so if you're under 5'5" maybe these will work for you. The waist seams are straight across, so they're pretty unflattering over your butt. It would be easy for them to run the seam on an angle like their competitors do, especially at this price point! The seams on the legs sit thick directly on your skin, which is both fairly uncomfortable and another kind of low quality detail for the price. ... show more

I'm giving it five stars because it is very good quality. Know that the red is a light shade, and a warm red rather than a blue red (so more of an orangeish hue than blueish). Also, the pocket is a small one on the inside of the waistband. It can hold keys or cash or credit card, maybe a small cellphone. I'm keeping it even though it isn't exactly what I wanted, because I will use it and I expect it will last forever, as I've experienced with Champion. ... show more

    • Nice leggings, tighter than most
I really actually love these leggings. When I first started putting them on, I was worried. Most leggings I've had all fit about the same, and although all of them have quite a bit of stretch to them, they don't form to you the way they probably should. I think an ideal legging should have plenty of stretch, but then once on, they should form to your figure, not super tight, but somewhat. Well, most of my leggings aren't like that. They stretch plenty, but then they seem stretched out and don't form back to me as they should. Well these leggings DO. That's why they seemed like they might have been too tight when I was putting them on. Because they mold somewhat tightly to your curves, they don't have that loose stretch to them. They have the snap back stretch lol! And that is great! That's the best thing about these leggings. They stretch like crazy, but once you have them on how you want them, they fit tight, but not constricting, against your body. Wearing these, I can tell so much of a difference, and it's obvious, that this should be the goal of all leggings. I feel so much more secure in these because it feels like everything is held in place and nothing is going to "jiggle"! The pockets are just an added bonus. Additionally, I will say that the material of these leggings is a bit thicker than others. So the only problem anyone may encounter would be that they are possibly a bit warmer than others. At least in the summer, but otherwise, this shouldn't present a problem. I intend to order more of these leggings, and possibly throw out my others. I recommend these to anyone looking for good leggings. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Great product! ... show more
