Love the material, quality, and length of these shorts! HOWEVER… if you read the size chart you’ll notice the waist sizes definitely air on the small side. Disregard this! My waist is 28” and I ordered a small. As you can see, without even stretching out the waistband, they don’t fit how they are explained to according to the chart. If you like the folded waistband then a “true” size could work. I’m keeping them as I like the fit with the waistband folded over. But, obviously, they aren’t modeled that way in the photos and they still fit on the larger side even with the waistband folded down. So keep that in mind! If I had known what the fit would be like, I would’ve sized down. ... show more

I ordered these in XL since I was Afraid they would be too tight and short but I’m usually a L. Of course returned them and got my usual size Large but sadly they were slightly more $$ than the first time I ordered them. I was a little frustrated with the customer service. I got most colors except the lime green color ended up being yellow and too big but wasn’t able to return them. Also they sent me a shirt instead when I tried to order the lime green again, ridiculous! Other than that they fit so good exactly why I wanted more colors in my actual size but it was impossible :/ please improve with your customer service!! And deals!! ... show more

I'm a 5' 8" 110 pound man that doesn't think he can soak up enough sun so I was looking for some short shorts that were ridiculously short but were not booty shorts and also, equally as importantly.. made of 100% cotton because I don't like the feeling of synthetic fibers that are made out of gasoline byproducts (plastics) on my body and would like to limit the amount of time that garbage is in contact with me at almost all costs whenever possible. Anyways, I've purchased the 'oxford gray', 'butterscotch bliss', 'black', and 'paper orchid'. 3 of the 4 were 100% cotton (even though the listing shows 100% cotton for all items). The non 100% cotton was oxford gray at 90% cotton 10% polyester. It's unfortunate that places don't seem to want to make gray these days unless it's with some form of polyester going on (I'm looking at you hanes underwear) I'm reviewing because all the cotton pairs are just what the doctor ordered and I had read some reviews prior to ordering saying these weren't 100% cotton. I still decided to order and see what happened so I wanted to let people know, some of the colors apparently are NOT 100% cotton and some are. ... show more
