This is as close to the real thing that you were going to get. My grandchildren love it. They are so disappointed the bowling alleys are closed because of the virus but this is certainly keeping them occupied. Would highly recommend

Tested inside our house with bowling pins and the seam looked worn very quickly. But needed for an outdoor party and didn't return. Much too expensive considering it can't be shined up to look better.

We bought these for a bowling unit at our school. We have used them for two classes and they are falling apart. The are splitting on the seams. I would not recommend buying these at all. I tried to return them but we were past the return window and there is not a way to contact the seller to explain how cheaply made they are. ... show more

    • Do Not Purchase to Play in Bowling Alley
This is a very light, rubber ball. It's flexible and doesn't work well in bowling alley because it doesn't slide on the lane due to it's rubber nature. Also gets stuck in the machines. You can only use this in backyard or other small games etc. Why did I give 4 stars? Because it's well made and as described Why didn't I give 5 Stars? Because it's not mentioned/clarified on product title and bullet points that this is not suitable for bowling alleys. Summary: Get it if your kids will play with it at home or outdoors for fun. I bought this as a gift for my niece to use at her bowling party. However I had to return it because it’s very light and can only be used with special pins. Not a good purchase for use with regular bowling.

Just as reviewed, the ball will split after a few throws. A sticker on the ball says it wont bounce. Now how can you bowl without bouncing the ball? Junk
