    • NICE & THICK, GOOD QUALITY FOR THE MONEY
This was shockingly thick and warm, good quality. Can't find much of anything these days even close to the size, or the thickness & quality of stuff from the 80s or 90s. This is, at least so far. (The downside of course is it's probably going to shrink too much, like every Champion fleece does... I haven't even got a washer or dryer, everything is hand washed & line dried, and yet it all shrinks in 6 months to a year and I have to replace it. I can't afford to keep replacing stuff this often at these prices; and all Champion stuff on here is factory seconds/rejects-there's something wrong with it, even if it's not that noticeable.) But crossing my fingers this hoodie lasts. I like it a lot and want it to work out for years not months. ... show more

Classic fit 5'7"/170lbs/athletic build 42" Short jacket size. 32/33 sleeve length Got size Medium Pros: - Roomy, comfortable fit - Heavyweight fleece - Good length - Quality zipper - Soft material - Usual quality champion wrist cuffs (thick, don't stretch as much, and longer) Caveats: - Triangle hood - Baggy hood (fashion piece, too big that it'll billow in the wind and not be effective for warmth) - Sleeves a little long Conclusion: I wouldn't purchase this full price.     • Rugged and comfortable sweatshirt
Champions reverse weave sweatshirts are by far the best sweatshirts I've ever worn. They are hefty which means that its a heavyweight sweatshirt that you can wear on a cold day and will keep you warm. It's also sturdy and made with great quality. I can feel that this will last through many washes and rough days and will retain its shape and comfort. I've bought a few of these in the past year and I'm officially a fan for life. These tend to run a little loose which is what I like in a sweatshirt. I am an athletic 5 feet 6inches and 150lbs. and the medium is a little baggy on me but that allows me to wear layers underneath it. Keep in mind that Champion also makes a Powerblend sweatshirt line that is not quite the same quality as the reverse weave sweats. They are not as hefty and feel not quite as ruggedly put together as their reverse weave cousins. ... show more

    • Solidly made, great fit
The only thing I would "ding" it for is the lack of color options. Champion has kind of a standard set of colors they use and this particular burgundy isn't exciting at all (and hair and food and dandruff show up like CRAZY). But the fit is great, it's warm, it's durable, so I can't take off a star for dandruff, lol. ... show more

This just came and I’m not surely if I’ll be keeping it yet. Back story: I’m a woman who hasn’t been looking for the perfect grey zip up hoodie for a while now. I kept coming back to this one because Champion is a classic and always great quality. I have several vintage reverse weave pieces and I knew I’d like it. I’m 5’3” and about 120lbs. I went with the men’s small and it’s a decent fit - it’s oversized in a good way but it IS slightly larger than I expected. I’m ok with the size though. My hesitation on keeping it has to do with the quality of the fabric. It’s not as thick as reverse weave used to be. It’s heavier than a cheap sweatshirt...but honestly not by a ton. I’ve had a bunch of the cheap $20 Hanes zip hoodies and this feels more similAr to those than I’d like it to for $65. That said it IS nice and I like the way it looks on. Soo just have to decide if it’s worth the $! ... show more
