I like this t-shirt because the fabric is a little thicker than some other brands with similar price range. Although it's a little tigher in term of fitting, it is not that bad that you would have to go one size up! So if you normally wear M, M would be fine.

For years I've been wearing XL and recently changed to XL extra length ... And was surprised to find that with the extra length also gives you a little more in the back of the shoulders and underarms which makes the fit much nicer on a person my size 250 lb ... Plus I don't have to worry about the length shrinking over time because there's so much extra length of these things ... Will purchase again... love it !

6’ 3” 280lbs - I ordered a 2XLT and a 3XLT, I ended up returning the 3XLT as it was a big and very tall shirt! Haven’t washed yet but there was room for some shrinkage. It’s nice to finally find a decent and comfortable shirt that is long enough. I don’t know why most companies don’t offer tall sizes and going bigger always just gets wider not longer.
