I like these shorts except for the fact that the elastic waistband is sewn right onto the inside and the top of it is abrasive. It feels like something scratching you.

    • Beware of shallow pockets

I purchased these shorts in 2020 and 2023 and decided I needed new ones so purchased them again. The shorts are fine BUT the pockets are useless. Keys and cell phone fall out if you sit down and Cell sticks half way out of the pocket even when standing. I compared these new 2025 shorts with my previous ones and the pockets are at least 1.5-2 inches shallower than before. I will not be buying any more of these short pants for this reason. I won't want to have to carry a separate bag or lanyard to hold my keys and cell when I'm out and about. It's a shame because these have been my "go to" shorts for 5 years now. ... show more
