Although my daughter went with the pink/blue version, all the other colors in this series looked nice. I could even visualize myself with the tan-colored version, carrying my laptop to work. The bag has good stitching and feels strong enough to carry a middle schooler's load of heavy books. It doesn't have an extra large capacity, but it has a very low price to compensate for that (currently just a couple bucks over $20). If you're getting your young one prepared for the school year, and if it matches their personal style, this one is a pretty good value for money.

Things I like: the stitching is really good. I think this is the most important thing for it last, and these are good. Zippers are also really good. Nothing is worse than a cruddy zipper to ruin a pack. It’s a general school pack and definitely fits the bill and should last the year. Plenty of features and good functionality. A few more interior pockets that secure would be good, especially with a loop to attach keys or a AirTag to, but that’s about it.

This is an ok backpack. The navy and pink color combination is nice, and it's stylish and matches a lot of things. The material is not super thick, so though it's lightweight, I'd worry about it wearing out before the school year was over. The backpack is big enough to hold all of the supplies most students would need. I'd suggest it for middle elementary school and up.

My daughter loves this backpack. It's got beautiful, subtle colors, comes from a great brand, and I think it's just really functional with all the little straps and features. The zippers are high quality, and I would say I have no problems believing that this will be very driable over years and years. It's a perfect size for her to grow into. It's also something she really loves, as it's comfortable and fits well!

We got this as a new backpack for family adventures and outings and it certainly fits the bill! The materials feel sturdy and high quality. Also, everyone in my family loves the color scheme! I feel like this dark blue/light pink color palette doesn't always come up in backpacks but it's really pretty. My young kids love the pink but it still feels relatively grown up for the adults that always carry it :) I anticipate this holding up well over time, but will be sure to update this review if that changes!

I know this is labelled a youth backpack, and it's probably a great size for kids. But I was actually really happy with its proportions and features for a grown adult too. It's small enough to fit under an airplane seat for one of those "personal item only" tickets, and still has room for a full sized laptop, 2 water bottle pouches, an expansive main compartment, and two smaller zipper pockets (one of them lined for delicate electronics) on the outside. I don't think proportionately that this bag looks at all out of place on my 5'3 adult frame. It may be a little comically small on a 6 foot + person, but that's probably mostly a matter of personal taste. The back has a bit of padding to keep the laptop from banging against your spine, and all of the stitching is tight and straight. It's a budget backpack, but a very nice bargain for the price.
