We got the cherry color 12' and it looks very nice. Seems very sturdy and well made. Granted it is not a super-high quality commercial table, but for home game room purposes it suits our needs perfectly. After reading the reviews of the high-speed included sand, I purchased medium-speed sand and am well pleased. I also like that it comes with a color matching wood sweeper. It also has Climate Adjusters in case the temp/humidity distorts the wood making it not slide properly. Very easy to level the table and play right away. Drawbacks: 1) Delivery - It actually arrived early, but they only had one delivery guy, so me and my bad back had to help bring it into the house. It was very heavy and difficult, but we managed. 2) No play instructions - No big deal as I printed the instructions from online. 3) Climate Adjusters - all were very loose, and a couple of them were not attached out of the box. I'm sure they will work well if I can figure them out, but I'm not confident that they are installed properly. Fortunately, I didn't need to use them for initial set up, as the table was very easy to make level and worked perfectly. OK. Just received today. Setup was simple if you know what you're doing. Having read previous reviews Ive come to realize that some people are just plain ignorant. When setting up have a level handy, screw the feet onto the legs and level the legs before you attach them. If the legs are level in the place they're planned to permanently sit then your adjustments later will be minimal. Put the table upside down on the floor to attach legs. When attaching the legs...the bolts are square under the heads, this is so they don't spin when tightened..,..simply tap the square portion into the wood prior to turning the nuts/washers onto the bolts. Then as you're tightening do not over torque them....use common sense. I suggest having 4 people to flip the table over as to not put any undue angled pressure on the legs. Put it in its place....do not drag....the legs are strong for the table but not meant to move on the floor. Use the level all over the table until you get it right. The one annoying thing is there arent any predrilled holes for the scoring rods/beads. I put them where I wanted them and used a drill with a very small bit to drill pilot holes. Then I screwed the screws into them....this way there would be no splitting of the wood. Because of prior reviews I bought #4 speed shuffleboard wax. I also bought shuffleboard silicone spray to spray on the table prior to sprinkling the wax/sand on. #4 speed is perfect for the 12' table I bought. As far as the concave/convex table setting.....mine seems pretty good straight out of the box....however it could settle and change based on the climate/humidity.......at that point you have to mess with the climate adjusters under the table.....again use common sense....youtube a video or whatever before you go torquing the adjuster bolts. The one missing star on my rating is because the shipping was annoying. CEVA is the company that delivered mine and they screwed up the times twice. I had to take off two days of work to finally get my table. Good luck with that. ... show more

Table was easy to assemble and works great. Nice that it has the adjustments for leveling the board surface. Some of the nuts and washers had fallen off duting shipping, but found them in the packaging. Did need an application of silicon spray. Still experimenting with the right wax. The included wax is fast for 9ft board. The #6 & #7 we purchased is a bit slow. I am sure we will find a good wax that we like. ... show more

Shuffleboard is great value for the $ and relatively easy to assemble. However, the instructions could have been more detailed. In particular it was very vague as far as removing the shipping screws. There in NO mention of the need to remove these in the instructions. There is a small sticker under the table near one row of screws saying you should remove them. Keep in mind there are 6 rows of screws, but there is only one sticker. Since it was vague I contacted the company and they were very good about explaining it, but I just think it would save both them and customers a lot of unnecessary guesswork if they just added a line in the assembly instructions explaining this and putting a sticker by each row of screws instead of just one ... show more

This is a great table! It gives enough of a challenge that you wouldn't be embarrassed when playing in public, too. We are 64 yrs. young & don't want to sit on the couch. Neither do we want to go to a bar to play this game, so we purchased one for our game room. It will also give us something to do when we have company over. It came with 3 parts damaged...I spoke to a company rep, who is sending me an E-mail on how to report the damage so they can send replacement parts to us. If they do not, I will change my review because I believe a company needs to stand behind their product. The 3 damaged items were packed in the smaller light box, so this shouldn't have happened. Have people ready to help you bring it into your house, as it weighs over 500 lbs. total. I will also change this review if the table doesn't settle down...it takes a few days for the humidity in your house to get the table to completely flatten. Ours played pretty well, but the puck curves a bit when it shouldn't. My husband is an engineer, who says he believes this will adjust in a few days...per the company's representation in writing. We love playing it!!!! Thanks for making this product!!!! ... show more
