I bought these because I recently started making bread and needed something to scrape out sticky dough from bowls and the counter. They work great! I love that they are flexible so they don't scratch my bowls or countertops but sturdy enough that they can still handle pushing the dough around. The colors are vibrant and they fit nicely in my hand. Not too big and not too small. They are textured slightly making them a little harder to clean but not unbearable. Would definitely recommend!

These are quite a bit bigger than the old white ones I got at a drug store and the part that fits into your palm is thinner, but they do the job quite well. We use them to scrape food scraps off our plates before putting them in the dishwasher. The different colors mean we can dedicate one exclusively to meat and avoid contamination. I'm sure there are other uses for these besides clearing dough or other foods off a cutting board and pre-cleaning dishes without water. They're nifty little tools to have around!

Review for CEWIFO bench scraper I formerly had two of these plastic bench scrapers but somehow one of them disappeared from my kitchen and for several months I have really missed it so I am very happy to now have these four new ones. They are identical to the one I had which I have enjoyed using it for a long time. I use these scrapers for several meal prep jobs. They are so handy when making a salad. I chop up all the ingredients on my cutting board and I use one of these scrapers to easily pick up all the chopped bits. It makes fast work of making a salad. I use one to scrape out my mixer bowl. I make yeast rolls regularly and using the ounces end of one of these is the easiest way to get the dough out of the bowl-much easier than a spatula. Then I use the flat end to section my rolls into the size I want them to be. These are able to cut through the dough as good or even better than a knife can and with no chance of cutting myself. I use one of these plastic scrapers at least once a day and usually even more times than that. Before I got my original scrapers I thought I wanted a metal one but I am glad I went with plastic instead. I do not have to worry about scratching my countertops or my any of the items I use to cook and bake with. I can slice thru cookie dough right on the cookie sheet if I want to without any worry of scratching my sheet pans. Until I got these scrapers I never knew how handy they could be and I am so happy to have these four new ones. I like the texture they have on each scraper-it helps me to get ahold of it securely and easily. I really do enjoy having these scrapers to use in my kitchen. They are made to last and I put mine in the dishwasher to clean.

Great scrapers. I like the size - fits well in my hand and gets the job done in a big bowl of dough. Smaller scrapers fatigue my hands, but this one is just right. And I have extras to give away!

I'm a professional chef and use scrapers like this daily for baking tasks. I ordered a set for my kitchen because they're one of those small tools that always goes missing when you need it most! Compared to the name-brand ones I've been using these are slightly smaller and stiffer (although they still have some flex to them). They're tapered on all edges, which makes them great for fitting into different containers, and the rounded edge is perfect for using with bowls. They have a textured grippy surface on both sides which makes them easy to hold onto for sticky or slippery tasks like working with dough/ batter. And the assortment of colors makes them easy to spot (and hopefully harder to lose!) They're also priced much lower than the major brand name ones! They seem durable, and have been sent through the dishwasher numerous times with no harm done. The textured surface does hold onto dough a little bit more than the smooth ones do, but not enough to be wasteful, and they're very easy to clean. Absolutely worth a purchase if you do any kind of baking!

I cook a LOT, and I bake bread, so when my old scraper went missing, I really missed it. Then along came this set of plastic bench scrapers... and with the set, I know I'll be hard pressed to misplace them all so I have to do without again. I use these when I chop things for dinner as well as for scraping dough... they sure come in handy for transferring cut pieces from cutting board to pan/skillet. They are a bit flexible so they have some "give" to them, which my old metal one really lacked, and I appreciate that because it makes it a bit easier to get dough out of curved surfaces. The scraper is thicker than my metal one, however, which makes it a tad less convenient than the old one, but no less useful. I just have to pay more attention to the angle with which I use the scraper. I like this set of scrapers because the colors make them stand out in my gadget drawer.... and they do the work that I want them to do. I feel that they are an excellent value and therefore, I recommend this set.
