My Yorkie is incredibly picky. I thought I had found the food she finally would eat in Caesar's chopped meals but she suddenly hated the stuff and wouldn't touch it after a month. I was back looking for a new food that she would eat. I bought a few cans and packets of different brands and, among them, was a container of this Cesar Canine Cuisine Pate. Molly hates pate. I have no idea why I bought it. After she turned up her nose at the others, I gave this a shot in the Filet Mignon flavor. It came out on a solid clump with a little gravy around it and I cut it up into little pieces. I knew she would walk away from it but itt was worth a try. And...she ate it! All of it! I could not believe it because she has hated pate since the day I adopted her three and a half years ago. Thinking it was a fluke, I only bought two more containers and...she ate them too. I then bought a 12 pack at Walmart. Still eating it. I bought a double pack of 24 containers here on Amazon and hoped Molly wouldn't tire of the food and she hasn't. I have since bought several double packs and she eats this pate every night, sometimes with some fresh cooked chicken or a little venison that we have from a hunter friend. I guess she likes the mushy texture. The food smells decent and is pretty solid. It is densely packed and chops to softish clumps. It must taste pretty good because my dog is very picky and she has no problem walking away from any food I give her and not eating anything at all for days. She isn't one of those dogs that will "eat it if she gets hungry enough". Her stubbornness rivals my own. It's been about four months now that she has been eating Cesar Canine Cuisine Pate, usually the Filet Mignon/Porterhouse Steak variety. I do switch it up with other flavors now and then but she tends to prefer the beef flavors. The nutritional values are decent and the cost isn't too high. I have it on subscribe and save so I save 15% on each 24 pack. I am so pleased that my dog is eating dog food again. I know she may turn against it at some point and the search will be on but, for now, she is happy and full and I am relieved! ... show more

I have a 20 pound 15 year old Westie and this is the only wet dog food he will eat. After trying others I'm glad we found this one. The portions are just enough for him, I havent tasted it myself but he eats it so cant taste too bad.

The original packaging came all in nice and neat and not all beat up! I like how fresh it comes because it doesn’t have a quick expiration date. First time using this type of wet food for my picky eater so we shall see how it goes! Definitely got the best deal.

comes in individual trays, you can remove the top and microwave it for 20 seconds, smell good and my dogs love it, a tray will be enought for 2 dogs of 9 pounds like mine.
