This is the incense holder I've always wanted. It's simple, stylish, catches 100% of the ash, and allows the stick to burn thoroughly. I've seen a few comments in other reviews about the top of the burner getting too hot, which is bonkers. I cannot see how that would happen unless you're burning the incense incorrectly. I also saw comments about how it won't fit all incense sticks. This may be true, however it will fit most. And for incense that is actually on a stick that protrudes at the end of the burnable incense, just brake the unburnable stick portion and the rest should fit as designed. Comes with a cleaning brush and a sample set of incense sticks. This is a GREAT value.

I use my incense burner every day, and I'm pleased with it. It's relatively heavy so there is no danger of it tipping over. It has an attractive top that you can leave on or off when you burn incense. I would purchase it again.

I found it did not adequately allow most incense sticks to stay held up in the air low enough for the lid to be closed - it would often extinguish the incense stick. Good concept, but could use improvement

This is a pretty piece and the ceramic is not thin. It's sturdy and the lid keeps the stick away from kids and cats. The tweezers are for placing the incense and the fabric strip is a heat protector to put underneath it.

It is a nice looking incense holder but two issues: 1. My incense would stop burning with the cover on 2. I had to break my incense at the end so it would fit in the holder without falling down The supplied incense works fine.
