I'm not sure why this item was poorly rated by others but it's beautiful. The fabric is not overly thick or heavy, and yet it blocks the light very well. It's a gorgeous soft velvet and not at all grandma like. Quite chic. The embossed pattern elevates the look. The teal colour is rich and saturated. Yes, it is a bit wrinkled. I tried 3 different colors in the spice or dark rust category. First two were bright orange. These are still to orange for a dark spice but I’ve run out of patience. They are great curtains.

These curtains are everything! They feel expensive and look expensive. I wanted our room to be a bit more moody and block out a lot of the light (before and after) . We have a weird long horizontal window above our bed that lets the street light pour in at night. These block out that light completely. The color matches our walls almost perfectly. In the photo they look darker but the design within the darker color is actually the exact color of our walls so it works. I wish these came in more colors.
