Description
What should I do if there is a problem with my order or the luggage I received? If you have any questions about your products and orders, we will deal with it and provide you with a solution. Why are the measurements I took different from the product details page? 1.There may be slight errors in the measurements. 2.The listed overall dimensions include accessories such as wheels and handles. Why is the handle of the luggage a bit shaky? 1. After extensive testing, slight movement of the handle is to ensure long-term use. 2. Due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, and lateral force, if the handle is too tight, it may not be usable, and may even cause damage. Why didn't I receive a key for the TSA lock? 1.TSA locks protect your luggage by setting a PIN code that you can use to open your suitcase simply by entering it. 2.The key is held by TSA agents for inspecting your luggage without damage during international traveling.

Great customer service!
Size: 1-Piece (28 Inch)
Color: Black
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Quality and Customer Service That Is Truly Above and Beyond I purchased a CINSIEN suitcase and I was immediately impressed by the quality. The material feels premium and durable, the zippers are smooth and sturdy, the wheels glide effortlessly, and the overall craftsmanship is excellent — you can tell this is made to last. I ended up needing a slightly smaller size as the one I ordered was a little bit bigger than I needed, and this is where CINSIEN truly amazed me. Their customer service is above and beyond anything I have experienced. They were kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. They went out of their way to help me with the size issue and made the whole process completely stress-free. It's rare to find a company that combines such high-quality products with such heartfelt customer care. CINSIEN has earned a customer for life. I highly, highly recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful, reliable luggage from a brand you can truly trust.

Carry on is not with top opening. Check in bag internal strap is non elastic.
Size: 2-Piece (20/28 Inch)
Color: Green
Luggage set had only the check in bag with top opening. The expendable carry on had side by side opening. The non elastic internal luggage strap in the large suitcase will hold only certain amount of clothes. l returned it due to not happy with the side by side carry on, non elastic internal strap and quality seem ok.

Great buy
Size: 2-Piece (20/28 Inch)
Color: Green
Loved the trunk style of the larger suitcase. It is not expandable. The smaller carryon suitcase is clamshell style but is expandable.

Stores a lot
Size: 1-Piece (28 Inch)
Color: Green
Fist I bought this for it's Aluminum Frame and top opening features. The shade of green also helped it standout. I recently went on the first business trip with it. It was full. I hit 50lbs on the scale st the checked counter. It rolled nicely across asphalt and concrete. It has no problems with the Airport floors. It took a beating as it was being loaded into the plane. However, it did get scratched pretty easily. We will see how it holds up on other trips.
