Originally bought these boots for a cosplay, didn’t want to spend $100+ on boots that I was only gonna wear occasionally, I saw these and instantly fell in LOVE. I don’t usually wear platform shoes or heels, they’re uncomfortable for me and I usually wind up almost breaking an ankle walking around in them. These however, I can walk steadily and not wobble! I don’t have to slow down to walk in them for fear of breaking my ankles, which was a huge plus as I wanted to wear them to a convention. They’re super comfortable even out of the box, my biggest fear was not being able to break them in all the way in time, or them just uncomfortable, but that hasn’t been the case! They fit well around the calves despite the zipper being a bit hard to finish pulling on the first wear towards the top of my calf, but after putting them on a couple times, the zipper goes without an issue! To break them in nonetheless, I decided to wear them to work. For reference, I usually work 10 straight hours, so comfort is a must with any shoes for me at this point. Even towards the second half of my day, my feet don’t hurt at all! The only downside I can find to these aside from the zipper being a little stubborn at first is the paint/faux leather smell they give off when you first unpack them, however it goes away after a bit. These are really comfy boots. I wore them to the Sonic Temple festival in 2024 and will wear them again in 2025. The buckles are made of a pretty flimsy metal and a couple of them have broken off, but it is hard to notice. They are definitely heavy shoes, but that's to be expected with this style. The zipper works great, I have had people ask me how long it takes to put them on, and my answer is about 20 seconds. They are very easy to put on. I have gotten many compliments on how cool and pretty they are. While yes, they are probably pretty cheaply made, I've worn them multiple times to festivals and they're still holding together really well. Good product for the price. ... show more

So, first off, I ordered a 9 (US Customer) and I feel as though I should have gone down by .5 sizing. Other than that I have worn them more than once and they have not torn or ripped on me. They did smell strongly of paint and leather but it wore off after the first wear. The buckles are double sided and WARNING FOR LARGE CALFED PEOPLE, they will pinch in a heartbeat. I have my buckles on the very biggest and they still pinch but the zipper has stayed strong through all my tugging and not a single buckle has popped (yet, fingers crossed). I give this a 5-star even though it has a few flaws, because the comfort is unbelievable. These are my first ever platforms and I am so impressed. Very easy to walk in and have gotten so many compliments. I felt as though I was walking on air. The door knobs were so low to reach when I wore these! I, for once, didn't feel short! I would 100% recommend these to one of my friends. The price is a little pushy but all the rest is so worth it. Now, stop reading my comment and go buy these! You won't be disappointed! ... show more

Very comfortable, easy to walk it and they are surprisingly light weight. The height is perfect and the shoe is true to size. For the wide calf girlies the shoe is adjustable so that’s not problem in that department.
