These are thinner.. initially smell great. It comes with a tiny piece of sandpaper to 'refresh' the smell. I did make a separate purchase of some essential cedar oil to drop onto the blocks which I think will help keep the scent fresh longer. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. These block have no oder. Comes with sand paper which is not very effective. Be prepared for regular sanding if you intend to use the block in your closets or drawers. Poor product of little value. Save your money and buy Glade.

Not what I expected. The blocks are EXTREMELY thin and not smooth at all. It looks like it was just sawed up and thrown in a box without getting rid of the extra bits. Looks and feels like I will get a splinter from them, so I certainly dont feel comfortable using this with my clothing. If you plan on just using them on the ground, they will do. But I dont recommend using with clothes.

These blocks are great for putting in closets and drawers. They’re small enough to not take up much space but big enough to make a stink for moths and bugs (they HATE the smell of cedar!). The box I got contained 20 so I can do my kitchen and closet. It also has a small piece of sandpaper to roughen the cedar with once the scent lessens. This happens over time and sanding it will bring the scent back. Great product!

Didn’t work as expected, they do smell good when there’s a scent on them, but it’s very light, you have to be holding it to your nose to smell it. Even after sanding it. Or use the whole package at one time in the same place/spot.
