Edited to say the customer service was excellent. The envelopes themselves are strong enough. The closures donβt lay flat so that makes it difficult to get them in and out of the shelf . The edges of the envelopes on one side are not flush. This causes problems when trying to slide the envelopes in and out. The adhesive on the tabs is not particularly strong and because the closures donβt lay flat, they catch on the tabs and caused them to come loose. I donβt know that I will buy more of these, but I will use them to see how they work out. I also suggest counting the envelopes that you receive, I was shorted two envelopes.

I used to keep my 12x12 scrapbook paper in thick stacks on wooden shelves, but it was annoying. I was constantly pulling the stack out, searching through it for the right color, putting the stack back and trying not to dog ear the edges. Now I have put thin stacks of same colors into these lightweight sturdy holders and I'm storing the paper vertically. It's so much easier to grab the color I want, and the holder keeps the paper from curling. I absolutely love these. I've shown them to my scrapbooking buddies, and they all plan to buy these too.

The folders are clear so you can see through, to see which papers are in the folder. You also receive tabs so you can label your paper to find easily. The folders are listed as 12x12 in size, the paper inside the folders show that 12x12 fit in the folder with the ability to close. This is not the case, the folder will not close if you store 12 x12. However, I folded the flap in and I am still able to store my paper. Not a deal breaker for me, but if this is an issue to you, it wonβt work as shown.
