My little kitten struggled at first, but now that she's gained a pound and more confident. She absolutely loves this thing! She run up and down it for fun, and sometimes she sleeps in the hammock, or the little condo. For me this was easy to install. The instructions are very clear. I did install it near the studs in the wall. However even where I wasn't able to use the studs It feels pretty stable still. The carpet is nice and soft, and the price of this thing is amazing! For the price I was expecting a cheap wall cat tree, but instead I got a really nice high quality one. If this was at a pet store retailer it would easily cost $150-$200. I actually plan on buying another one to install above this one so my cat can go higher.

I bought this for my 2 year old rescue cat whom we believe is average sized med/large. He really enjoys it so far, and the product is everything it says it is. Easy to install, soft, durable, safe. However please keep in mind the cat box attached to the bridge can only go one way against your walls, the left hand side. From the pictures I didn't realize that they added a flipped photo depicting it could be placed more than one direction. And being that I have very little space in my small home not knowing this information before buying was a let down which is why I gave it 4 stars. Though I guess it was on me for not being more careful, still though it is worth the buy foe your kitties.

The photo was taken a few days later when I dropped by and my daughter said, “Oh by the way, there’s a kitty over your head!” I looked up and there she was! Very well constructed— clever layout. Even though indicator holes for drilling were only on one side it was easy to drill the other side to make new holes. My daughter and I put this up in less than an hour while our two husbands had a beer and laughed about cats having furniture! Lol! Have handy a drill with drilling and screwdriver bits, a small ladder, hammer, stud finder, a pencil, and a level. We bought this so the cat could escape the dog since there seemed to be some trauma when they met in the hallway of our new house. It’s working like a charm.

The media could not be loaded. Great value considering the price! The installation process was very easy for us; it took us a little less than 2 hours to put everything up with one drill. (The anchors took the longest). The only negative thing I would say is that the hammock does not seem as sturdy as the other pieces. If you have a larger cat, it might fall with the force of jumping. We have smaller cats though, so this isn’t an issue for us. We were also sent white triangle brackets instead of black, but I am super happy about that! I think that the white color blends into the wall better. (We considered painting them white when they came in, but there was no need, so win-win!) Our cats have never played on a wall obstacle course, however, I think that it is safe to say that they already love it. I am super happy with the product, and would recommend you buy it if you are considering!

This cat furniture was extremely disappointing!! Not only is the hardware useless, and requires you to have to go purchase all different hardware. There is no way to hit studs because the spacing on the landing last are only 8”, so you cannot hit either 12” or 16” on center studs (you can only hit it on one side so the other angle is not steady). We purchased toggle bolts and as soon as my SMALL 9lb sphynx stood on it the hammock and all the weight was right at the center the angle pulled the toggle bolts right out of the drywall!!!! We had one heck of a mess!!!! We had bought two sets of furniture, so one is already boxed to return the cheap crap back. I suggested we box this other one and return it. My husband was already so angry because of all the mess, multiple holes in the wall and one giant hole from the toggle bolt ripping out, that he said we already have to fix all this mess that he’ll buy boards and bolt it to studs and then put the furniture onto it. There is just so much wrong with this furniture it’s ridiculous. 1) The angels are not long enough either so the house and step bounce when they walk on it. 2) The tiny screws that hold the angles onto the particle board frame are way to small. 3) The holes predrilled to hold the angles are drilled where you have to place the angle over the folded material on the end, raising the angle where the tiny screw is too short. 4) all the above!! Cheap hardware - screws, plastic garbage anchors that won’t hold a thing! I don’t recommend this unless you are fine with spending additional $40 for hardware, wood and basically rebuilding the whole thing.

This is an excellent product, especially for the price. It is very soft and one of my cats loves it so much she was already on it before I could get it all installed. There she is lying on the level. Easy to install as well. I’ll probably order more. Thanks!

A couple of the screw holes were in the wrong place, but we figured out a way around it. Also, the box house wasn't sturdy without us adding more screws to it. but our cats likes it! the carpet is starting to come off in a few spots but overall a good purchase!

Putting these up was a little annoying, but I already expected it would be. The directions were pretty clear and they even give you a little screwdriver which was nice. I used my drill for mounting it on the wall, so I definitely recommend one. Anyways, my cats been lounging around on it since I got it so, easy 5 stars from me!
