Just put it together which was relatively easy. I am missing a tent stake but that’s ok as it will be on my porch. I don’t think I will use the ice packs as you can see by the photo they are flat. The directions state they have to be soaked in water for 5-20 min and then frozen. The packs are marked “inedible” so I’m worried that my semi-feral cat could chew on them ( they are plastic) as they are placed in a pocket and exposed. I will see if the ice packs I own will fit and edit my review later. It remains to be seen if this will keep my cat cool in these 90+ degree temps. The quality is good. I don’t like how the house moves as it just rests on top of the base and is attached by the bottom bars going through a sleeve on all four sides. Will update later. ... show more

This is a great idea for helping keep your pets cool outside. It is sturdy and well-insulated. It comes with 20 ice packs! I just put 4 in at a time. I wrapped the ice packs in paper towels to catch the condensation. The ice packs needed to be replaced during the day. You can tell a difference in the temperature when you put your hand in the house. The medium is pretty small. I ordered it for my 2 small bunnies and they both fit. I am still trying to train them to go in. Overall, it's a great idea and an excellent price. Just hope my bunnies figure it out! ... show more

So far my kitty seems to like it when he needs it. He doesn't like the flap in his face so for now I leave it off. Not a problem to put together. Qite easy in fact. Seems to be quite sturdy. First of all I wanna say cute house love the product hope the stray cat im taking care of uses it i wanna say that delivery time is absolutely atrocious i ordered this on around july 3rd 2025 and didn't receive it until today july 11th 2025 I understand it was coming from California and im located in PA on the east coast but still you know these sellers on Amazon seriously need to start using Amazon to ship items to customers because this seller chose UPS aka the guys in the brown trucks this took forever to show up , their tracking system is horrible as far as trying to track your order online as well as the incompetence of their workers delivering packages so im highly disappointed so i really do like the product its very cozy for the feline friends i ordered the large one 🧡 but delivery was a horrible experience I hope in the future the seller uses Amazon to ship its products to the consumers hope this was beneficial as far as a review goes also I won't be using the ice packs that came with this kitty bungalow because it is for a stray and I dont trust the feline companion with chewing on them and ingesting the ice pack ingredients and getting sick or dying but I do think they could work if you were buying this for your kitty who lives indoors that way you can keep a better eye out to make sure they dont chew on the ice packs but over all cool house great product delivery horrible and you could always go out and buy a different type of ice pack the ones that are hard plastic that they cant chew through i see they def could work hope this helps ... show more

bought for outdoor stray due to major heat waves lately. He isn’t comfortable enough to stay inside it but I like the design. Also purchased a cooling mat to put inside which helps keep it cool. Comes with a lot of ice packs which is nice.
