I purchased this outfit to wear to my daughters college graduation because I wanted a lightweight material as the ceremony was held outside in the summer heat due to Covid. As I was putting the pants on that morning, the metal clamp for adjustable waist straps broke, I tried to fix it but I was unable to so I had to use a safety pin to hold the pants together along with tightening my belt to ensure the waistline stayed intact. Then, later in the day I noticed that there was a rip inside the right pocket so I had make sure I didn't use that pocket. I guess we shouldn't have expected that much from this suit. My fiance bought this for our summer wedding. I liked the idea of casual linen but the suit is not fitted by size. The issue for him was he needed a large vest and medium size pants. The pants have an adjustable belt in the waist band but if you have to use it to size down it makes the pants look horrible. The zipper wouldn't lay flat. The other issue is the pants are so thin and they are not lined that you can see tucked in shirts and underwear. In the end we went returned this item and went to Macy's and bought a quality pant and vest suit. If you catch a sale you can get a better quality suit for the same price or less. Nice looking, came promptly, but ripped in two places on first wear. So I spent 70$ for what basically came out to be a rental lol. I’m going to patch the holes and try to wear it again. But if I hadn’t worn it, I’d be returning it.
