I primarily am an XC MTB rider but dabble in Gravel when trails are too wet. In the past I’ve worn chamois shorts under riding shorts so I could carry my phone/keys/nutrition but came across these which kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Love them! Made a big wearer out of me. I carry my phone in one hip pocket, nutrition in the other plus I use the back 2 pockets for addt’l nutrition or a spare (small) water bottle. The chamois also was great for a 2.5hr ride I did recently. I am 5’7” 158lbs and the Small was great. Maybe could do an XS to have the shorter inseam but feared it being too tight. ... show more

Seemed like decent quality Castelli kit. Never owned that much Castelli before so I thought the higher price point would be reflected in its longevity. They've performed well for about a year, but now the leg gripper has begun to stretch out, giving them a bacon leg. Would not purchase again
