Ok, so let's be honest there are very few 4 inch heels that are comfortable. I have various and I would say that these are the least comfortable ones I own. The heel isn't so much the issue as the way the arch is because my foot seemed to fit weird in the shoe. I believe that this shoe is also meant for a wider foot. I am a true size 12 in womens although I can sometimes wear 11.5 depending on the fit. My feet are exactly 10.75" long and they are not wide. 12 wides fall off my feet. So in my opinion this shoe runs smaller than expected. I had to get a half size up (12.5)and they're still tight. I'm going to just have to break them in because I absolutely love the color. These shoes are cruel. They hurt. I legitimately hadtrouble moving the next day. They may have hurt to walk in, but it was nothing compared to the pain of taking them off. However, I looked GOOD in these shoes. Like I love the way ther look. I reccomebd buying a size up and putting padding in the toe and heel to make it a bit more comfortable. ... show more
