  • Extremely thin, tears easily, crumbles like stale bread
Size: 16 inch x 6 feet
This "Professional Tool Box Liner" stuff is not the least bit durable. It is extremely thin (1/8" seems more like 1/32") and rips apart easily. While the seller describes this as providing "thick, protective cushion for tools, protecting them," it absolutely DOES NOT. "Solid, washable surface"? I seriously doubt it. I swept up hundreds of tiny bits and pieces that broke and crumbled off and fell on the floor, and threw them and the rest of the roll away. It was TOTALLY USELESS for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product as a tool box liner or drawer liner. In fact, I cannot think of any use for this product, unless it might be giving it a a gag gift to your ex. ... show more

  • Expected rubber. Got foam
Size: 16 inch x 6 feet
Wasn't what I was expecting .. very thin which I knew it would be. Thought it was described as a thin rubber, but it turned out to be thin foam. I expect it won't last long and will tear the first use. Overall I got what I paid for. Wish I would have spend the 20 bucks on rubber

  • Has many different uses
Size: 16 inch x 6 feet
I recently bought a car that had a flat area on top, and in the center of my dashboard. The area is perfect for sun glasses or any other small things. Except everything you place there is on the floor board as soon as you turn the car. I cut and fit a piece of this mat to fit that space,, everything stays put and it looks great. It was easy to cut and it says flat. The rubber keeps everything from slidding. ... show more

  • Don't even consider buying this, absolute garbage.
Size: 16 inch x 6 feet
Absolute junk. I've never seen anything like it. Very weak accidentally tore it just trying to lay it in my toolbox. I actually think the wrapper that it came packaged in was actually more durable than the toolbox liner itself. Cheap junk, I threw it in the garbage and ordered something else.

  • No more clanging!
Size: 16 inch x 6 feet
Now I can set my tools in their proper place in the tool chest without hearing that awful clanging. Ball bearing toolboxes are nice because they don’t make that screeching sound when opening. It defeats the point when they come with unlined metal to put your metal tools on. You still get that kayak on metal sound. This stops that. Well worth it for the ear and mental health. ... show more

  • Ok but not heavy duty.
Size: 16 inch x 6 feet
This stuff is ok. Using it in an old toolbox I refinished to hold gunsmith tools and parts. I doubt it would hold up very long with heavy use and greasy tools. I put a drop of glue in every corner because it tends to curl at the edges. I'd suggest measuring twice and doing the math since I had to order a second roll to finish the job. If I needed to do it again I'd probably look for something a little heavier but for my purposes it's fine. ... show more

  • Great as tool box liner - other uses also
Size: 16 inch x 6 feet
This product is thin rubber tool box liner. It is great at absorbing sound of dropped tools in the box, easy to cut and fit. I also use it under my speakers on my speaker stands. It provides just a bit of isolation, but is also tacky enough to prevent slippage.

  • Time Will Tell
Size: 16 inch x 6 feet
I just received and installed this in the toolbox of my truck, so, it remains to be seen as to how it holds up, which is why I chose not to rate Durability. It seems to be keeping things in place (no more items sliding around in the box), so that is excellent. The material is thinner than the images on the page made it look, but I didn't measure it to see how it stacks up to the numbers. I think if it were thicker, it might lay flatter, but I guess it could also just be curled more from being in a roll. Seems to be worth the price so far, though. ... show more
