I wanted a small cash box for home so I could keep a little cash in instead of in an envelope, etc. This is surprisingly well-made. Meaning, that you cannot expect to step on it and break it open. It's way more heavy-duty than that, so do not forget the combination! The lock itself feels a little flimsy. The way it's installed on the box leaves a tiny gap between the lock and the box that can potentially be ply open from there. There is a tray inside, and it's made of heavy-duty plastic. The whole thing together, it's a very sturdy little metal box. I would keep a small amount of cash in it but will need a safe for more valuable items. ... show more

This was a nice gift for my son. We are using it as a place for him to store items he would like to keep out of reach of my toddler. My only concern is that the twisty nob to open the box seems a little fragile and might break. I dont think this would be a problem if an adult were using the product, unless they twisted the know quickly and too hard. Just seems like it might break! Will update later upon using it for a while. I do like that you can pick the combination! Hoping my son doesn't change it and forget it though >_< haha ... show more
