Lock box is well made and sturdy but the I.D. tags for the keys are awful! There is a piece of paper in the little tag with a piece of lamination over the paper. There is no easy way to remove the paper to write information on it without prying the plastic out of the tag. There is a small slit in the back of the tag and I tried to pull the paper out of the tag to write the key info on it but you cannot pull the paper out so you have to pop the laminated cover out write the info on the paper then spend 5 minutes trying to get the plastic back into the tag to protect the paper. The plastic gets bent and then you can't read the information you just wrote on the paper. This may seem like a small issue but 48 tags! I had to trim the laminate edges to get it back into the tag. A lot of trouble to label each key. Maybe write on the plastic with a sharpie and tape over the ink. ... show more

I read the reviews and the only short coming to this item are trying to get to the key tags inserts. I found an easy way for my need is to use 1/2 inch white first aid adhesive tape cut a one inch piece. I used a sharpie to write and it is easy to pull off. Over all everything was just what I needed for my key project. My Keys fobs fit too. ... show more

Installed with included hardware, extra hollow wall anchors included. 30 Key tags more than ample for our household keys. One slight problem is the keys on the lower set of hooks extend beyond the edge of the box. Also, another is the keys on the middle panel need more depth as they clash with the keys on the back and front door. A little more room is needed in depth and length. Minor issues to me as I do not have a full 30 keys that I need to store, Nice finish to box so its not an eyesore where exposed. Many of these type products come with a cheap sheet metal key. Not this one. It comes with a nice key that looks a lot more secure.     • Key Impossible to Duplicate in the U.S.

Nice box, BUT it is IMPOSSIBLE to duplicate the key to the lock in the U.S. You’ll get 2 keys when you buy the box, but that’s all you’ll EVER have! I tried to make extra copies of the keys, but there are no matching key blanks available to cut new keys from. Apparently this box uses a foreign shaped key. I tried a hardware store, a Home Depot, a Lowes, and even a locksmith. None could get the correct key blank. None! I even contacted the Amazon seller, but they told me flat out they couldn’t get me additional keys. I finally had to have a locksmith replace the lock in the box to one that uses American-shaped key blanks. So now I can finally make extra key copies for everyone that needs one. The key box cabinet works great but unfortunately it was IMPOSSIBLE to remove the paper tag to write on it. I have to write on top of the plastic with a magic marker,,,, not sure if my batch of tags was defective,,,

Key hangers were cold welded crooked. The spacing on the bottom hangers doesn't make sense. The included key chains don't fit and sit at a 45 degree angle resting on the bottom. When it's full, the keys will be all jumbled up.
