This is a nice jock. The sizing chart is a little weird. I do not understand why Amazon cannot straighten out this problem. I have a 38" waist so I chose the XXL size wich fit very well, but It was a toss-up whether I got the XL or the XXL size not only due to my waist size , but the size of the pouch. The XXL jock has a very large pouch so I will let you to decide depending on how YOU are built, however, I am considering buying more due to fit, sizing and quality. ... show more
