I bought one for 2yo child’s bday gift. Around this age loves pulling and pushing, this is perfectly developmentally appropriate material. Plus it does look like a real dyson and sucks some real dust. It was absolutely the best gift from the party, the child dragged it all over the backyard. This is my daughter's favorite toy she grabs it several times throughout the day and pretends to clean it's absolutely adorable! The first one broke so I had to order another one before she noticed. The 2nd one seems fine and she didn't seem to notice.

We wanted a toy vacuum that actually looks like a vacuum. This literally resembles a mini vacuum. My kid gets it out every time we vacuum and looks forward to "helping out". We haven't tried to suck paper up because that my kid isn't old enough to be interested in that yet.

Bought this for my 13 month old son, he was constantly trying to play with my vacuum and I thought maybe he would enjoy having his own, and yes he loves it! My vacuum no longer exists according to him lol I accidentally put the handle on backwards because it made sense to me and I didn't look at the picture but it's fine didn't mess anything up it just didn't click into place since I didn't have it turned the right way.
