Good solid basic L Shaped desk. I was initially looking at the Black version, but it would take too long to arrive, so I opted for the Carbon Fiber look. Assembly was straight forward with no major issues. Build quality is good the space was enough for me to have a laptop on the left side and an audio mixing board on the right which for me this is being used in a sound system setup. The metal legs and bracing are good. Not sure about the weight load, but I suspect that it would not hold up to a lot of stuff, thus the advertisement photo only shows it with a monitor and a few thing. There is room if you want to add your own drawers, hangers, etc. After a few months of use I feel it was worth the month we spent. ... show more

Great desk. Simple, elegant design. The gimmicky clutter like lights and outlets are absent, but they are hardly missed. I can easily add any of that myself and do it my own way later. I was happily surprised that the thing is so sturdy and worth more than I paid for it. The eight legs give it a nice, even, solid support so It does not move when I try to give it a jiggle and easily holds my 32 in monitor on an arm mount. I plan to add another with no worries. Very easily put together. I took about 20-25 minutes by myself to assemble. It’s been about two weeks and I love this thing. So first of all I was a bit skeptical of this because of all the reviews saying that it didn’t come with everything and the problems with parts of it not lining up correctly but I went ahead and got it anyway and I don’t regret it. Honestly speaking the desk is very high quality especially considering the fact it’s only $50 and it’s very easy to put together with the instructions making it simple and quick. I’m not sure if the carbon fiber is real and if it’s fake they did a very good job at making it feel real. The desk is also quite durable, one of my fat friends came over and he leaned on it and usually anything he leans on starts to bend a little but this desk held strong so that definitely gave me a huge boost of confidence in what I can put on it, I bought some LED lights into make it look a bit nicer but honestly the desk does a really good job of doing that on its own. I love how this desk is able to be to provide more room while also not taking up too much space and the manual even has a number to call in case you’re missing parts or something is messed up on their end so if you’re reading this then don’t be afraid to buy it after seeing the missing parts reviews because they’ll fix that for you. I’m honestly going to buy this again when it’s time for my girlfriend to get her setup but this desk definitely have me better bang than my buck could ever match and I’m actually typing this review at this very desk lol. It's a good budget desk for added surface area, and it is decently steady and not going to collapse or anything, provided that it was assembled correctly and the foot pads were tweaked accurately.
