Awesome desk for small spaces. Got this for my daughter’s room for her PC as her old desk was falling apart. This fit perfectly in the corner and actually provides more space than her old desk did because we could put the pc below and only the monitor on top with keyboard and mouse. Gave her so much for space. Was fair easy to put together. Assuming you’ve ever put some furniture together from Walmart or IKEA it’s easy. I feel like this desk design was pretty smart, having a typical L-shape up top, but strategically organizing storage for max efficiency. Assembly was fairly easy and yielded a pretty sturdy unit. So this took about 30 mins for my 13yo to assemble. I did not assist in anyway but only provided some guidance in he process. The computer stand on the back is nice touch for a desktop PC. the drawers are collapsible fabric but are sturdy enough. They slide very easily but do not have a stop when opening however it does have a stop when pushing in. The main desk area is a little narrow. It seems like your face will be very close to the monitor when using a keyboard. After assembly it is very sturdy, lite and maneuverable. Its a nice piece of furniture for a homework desk. IKEA better watch out and be ready for the competition. ... show more

I review a lot of furniture and at this one is a very good value. It is on par with L shaped desks priced 30% higher. Assembly is easy, pretty solid when put together, looks clean and it is very functional. Be carefully when bolting in the wood top as overtightening can pop out the threaded inserts
