The bookcase arrived in perfect condition and it was easy to unbox. Each piece was clearly labeled as were the hardware packs. Tools were also included. The instructions were very clearly illustrated and easy to follow. Everything went well until the last step of installing the bottom-most shelf (one of three Part A shelves). This last shelf was not drilled for the four attachments screws. So, I measured carefully and used a 1/8" drill bit to drill the holes and then completed the assembly. It's a perfectly fine, sturdy, utilitarian bookcase for keeping my gardening books. Note also that all the shelves are 9 3/4" high. This means that taller format books have to be set in on their sides or flat to the back. ... show more
