This suitcase is pretty sturdy, made from decent quality materials. One thing I noticed is that the zipper gets a little stuck going around the corners sometimes. Easy to use. The overall design is good. I like the plastic lined pocket for liquids. It's also got a cupholder on the back, although, it feels like it could break easily if it gets knocked against something too many times. The suitcase also has a pocket for a battery pack so you can charge things. Another thing that's good is that it has a secondary zipper you can unzip to expand the capacity. Color is as expected. It's most interesting feature is the locking mechanism. It comes with instructions on how to set it, so make sure you don't throw away the tags right away! Overall, I'd say it's a good value for the money.

The media could not be loaded. I have had a lot of suitcases in my life, but I’ve never had one IMPRESS me, until this. To state the obvious this is designed for carry-on, which is great. The hard shell case is REALLY nice/sleek looking and more importantly, durable. This thing glides on the ground like hot BUTTER. The handle is smooth and adjustable for different heights. It’s got a capacity extension on it, so you have that option if needed. It’s got a combination lock entry for the zipper. The inside is nice and spacious for the size, has numerous separate zipper compartments for organization and separation of items which is always nice. So as far as your typical carry-on suitcase goes, this is definitely already on the nice end as is… But where it gets really cool and unique is the fact that this has two different charging ports on the front panel where the combination is that connect to the inside of the bag with a side pocket to store a portable battery, cord is included. AND on the back they’ve got a little pop-out cup holder! In the picture I’ve posted I’ve got a large 32oz coffee cup in it and it fits perfect— so you could put a variety of different cups/drinks there. I have never seen anything like that before, but what a nifty little idea! I didn’t know it had either of those when I ordered it so that was a couple very pleasant unexpected surprise little bonus features! I absolutely love this thing, and with how durable it is I’m sure it’ll last me many many years to come. I HIGHLY recommend this!!! For the quality and ingenuity this is worth every penny, for sure.

As someone who travels frequently for business, the most surprising features of this suitcase are the front-opening lid and the beverage holder on the back – making it incredibly convenient for taking out my laptop at security checks and carrying coffee at the airport. The wheels are indeed quiet and smooth, and the telescopic handle is very sturdy. However, the drawbacks are noticeable: the glossy surface gets dirty very easily; the zipper is initially stiff and requires some force to break in; and the price is quite high. Because it only opens from one side, accessing items at the bottom is less convenient than with a double-opening suitcase, making it more suitable for those who prefer meticulous compartmentalized packing. The middle section can be expanded, but it only increases the thickness of the suitcase, not allowing it to open further. If you value boarding convenience and clever design features (especially the beverage holder), it can significantly improve efficiency. But if you prioritize a durable appearance and ease of opening, you should weigh the pros and cons carefully.
