Really nice bag for the price. It's not super rigid, but that's not a bad thing IMHO when you consider that you're not checking it, and it lets you stuff it full and flex the sides out a bit. The rollers are nice quality as well, smooth and solid. My only complaint the handle doesn't latch very well when you pull it up, but that hardly matters considering I only need it up when I'm holding it anyway.

I hadn't traveled by plane in some years and needed a couple of suitcases for myself and my son. We wanted carry-on sized as we were only going for a short trip of a few days. EVERYWHER you look people are using this style of case and it's obvious why, after using one myself for a few days. They're a great size for carrying-on to a plane and they roll like gangbusters. With the handles raised - which works easily - we shoved our Hulsin cases through airports and down city sidewalks and across parking lots. They roll so easily! I was impressed especialy after using them for quite a few blocks on big city sidewalks. The zippers worked well and the little airport-security clasp for the zipper pulls was easy to use also. I'm very pleased with out Hulsin luggage!

Unfortunately this is a product that may not show up before your planned vacation even when ordered over a month in advance. From china, super cheap, not well made. Zipper on the inside broke on first zip. I really can’t say enough terrible things about this company and products. If I could give negative stars to encourage people not to buy, I would.

Last time I flew I nearly couldn't make it back to my home country because my carry-on bag was a quarter of an inch too big to fit in their new bins and Italian TSA was unsympathetic. Never had an issue with that bag before, but can't risk missing a plane in that manner with so many life obligations. Long story short, got this for my next flight. No issues with my next trip to and from IT. Held up well in baggage. My hard shell bags from target cracked after a few years of travel, one of my big bags cracked internally and lost a wheel after one trip out of IT. This bag glided smoothly, no cracks after it's maiden voyage and zippers worked fine. I didn't have a problem with handle length. It's just too bad it can't Mary Poppins more stuff in it.

This is a very cute piece of luggage. I was able to fit quite a bit into this. No questions about if you've overpacked it because of the hard shell nature you can't expand it beyond what is allowed. I saw many people with this in the airport.
