However, strictly last mile. It needs to be charged after 2-3 miles of usage. I may have been under the impression it could go up to 14 miles. It is more like 4 miles max. Good speed, fine manueverability. Doesnt go up hills well.

I saw a few eh post about this board so i thought after a bit then I will post and honest review and we’ll it’s alr tbh but after like 5 or 6 months later it began to have some small issues like I would be going on medium but it would start slowing a little the all of a sudden going fast which was alr since I had been riding it for some time( and yes the bord and remote was charged) but still was a bit confused on why it was doing that since it never did before but that’s alr for me but one thing that I really didn’t like about this was the remote it felt very cheap quality so I was a bit taken aback but I didn’t care that much but then the speed control would get stuck on brake and speed sometimes and would be hard to switch in between which was a safety concern and I even had a few instances were a car would be coming my way and I wouldn’t be able to stop so I would have to jump off but then my board would just crash and get chipped which didn’t really look good. Over all . Safe 🫡 not really . Easy to ride 🙃 gotta practice a little while holding something but yea sure . Quality 😶 remote horrible but u can buy a new one which is like 21$ the board is alr but the wheels could have been better designed so it’s meh . For beginners😵 HECK NO but if u do decide to get this as a beginner than make sure to wear a helmet and some knee and elbow pads. . Worth the money🫤 sure but no bec when I got it it was like 289$ which with tax added about to 300$ So I would expect the quality to be a bit better and wouldn’t expect it to have problems in less than a year sooooo……. First of all, I've had this board for exactly a month now and I want to say that I really love riding this board. I am 5'9 and weigh 170lb. It is very smooth and can swerve perfectly. I had never used a longboard before and after a day or two riding it I felt confident with it, so I'd say it's pretty beginner friendly if you have good balance (I did regularly use a normal skateboard for about 3 years during my undergrad years). The issue: I've been using it to commute to my graduate school which is exactly 1.9 miles from where I live. Unfortunately, it does not last the whole way back most of the days. I always take the same route. It is mostly flat ground with one slightly steep incline (distance of about 20 meters) that the skateboard can overcome, and one larger decline (distance of about 150 meters) where I don't even use the remote because of how fast it gets. Some days I am lucky enough to have the battery die about 1 minute walking-distance from my apartment, while other days I've had to walk about 13 minutes to get to my apartment. I've never ridden it in the rain or in different terrains; always in the street or sidewalk. I haven't dropped it or anything. I always fully charge both the remote and the skateboard. I thought maybe the green light on the charger was busted so I decided to leave it charging overnight one day and it still did not last the whole to-and-from school ride. I wanted to return it, but I needed a return label from the company and they never provided it for me. Take home message: Regardless of the massive problem that it lasts a little less than 4 miles for me, this eskateboard is very fun and relatively cheap compared to others. If you want it for very short distances or just for having fun riding it at a park, then this is a good choice for you. However, I don't have a car and this was meant to be my means of transportation to school and other nearby places I frequent. Because it fails to do that when it is advertised as lasting for 10-12 miles, and because of the non-existent costumer support that others have mentioned in their reviews, I give it 2 stars. ... show more

So, I got this skateboard like a week ago, and it's pretty good. It goes as fast as I'm comfortable with, and it's pretty easy to ride. A downside would be I could literally feel everything that was on the road on my feet. This was my first time riding a skateboard, and it's pretty good as a beginner skateboard. It goes nice and slow. Keep in mind, I am 5'10 240 lbs. The low setting is nice for a slow cruise down the sidewalk or a slow residential neighborhood. Probably 5mph or less, I'd say. The medium setting is pretty fast as well, maybe 7-10 mph. The fast setting is great for going straight, and it goes about 10-13mph. It's great just for cruising and practicing skating. It could carry me uphill with about a 10-15 degree incline, albeit at a speed walking pace. I raced my little brother with his scooter, and I was barely faster than him. I'd say, if you were less heavyweight than me, then this skateboard is right for you. I loved riding this, it's fun and nice. Great price for what you get from a Chinese board. I am going to replace it with a more expensive board that can carry my weight and go faster though. I'd give it an 8/10. Edit: I just got a more expensive board, the backfire zealot s, and compared to this I'm gonna have to change my rating a bit. It's a night and day difference. Caroma board lasts way less than the board and it goes super slow. I'm pretty sure I was wrong in my mphs rating, i go 10-13 on fast and slow/medium i go 3-8 mph I'd say. This thing will pretty much not go uphill, and will knock you off your board. The board is not well adjusted for your feet and you don't get enough space to turn comfortably. If you're a beginner and using this board, if you upgrade it will be just like beginning again. I'd say the Caroma is a 6/10 board. ... show more
