This review is after I've owned the shirt for over a year or so, so I'll give you my thoughts on it. Its been a very great shirt. No shrinking or discoloring, and is still as comfortable as the day I got it. The quality of the shirt is very good, it is true to size, it's soft, durable, keeps you cool, and is very comfortable, and made very well and a great deal for the price. I have gotten it pretty dirty and it's came clean every wash without a problem. It seems like it doesn't hold as many wrinkles compared to other shirts as well which is good. If you are on the fence about getting it, I highly recommend this shirt if you are thinking about it! I plan on buying some more!

Perfect Fot, true to size with a good torso length. The “force/workforce” label indicates it’s more lightweight which makes it cooler and better for warmer temperatures or outdoors. Overall very comfortable and durable. I have about 3 different colors in this style.
