Bought this to add a leather patch that I made. It worked very well. I had ordered a pack of cheaper ones for myself kids and they did not work well. I haven’t wore it yet but it fits nice and seems like good quality. At least compared to the cheap ones I ordered.

I love this hat! This is the second Carhartt hat I’ve purchased, and won’t be the last. I’d say I have a pretty average head, and it fits great with some room to spare. I wear it outside everyday, and it seems to do a good job protecting me from the sun. These hats are quite durable, but do show visible dirt over time. My only complaint is that the front, non-mesh portion, is a bit stiff and sits a bit prominent on my head. I find myself pulling the hat down to reduce this. But overall this is a great hat.

My fiancee loves to wear these kinds of hats backwards, and he has a decently big head he is a big head. Anyways, there is an adjuster band on the back of the hat he was able to adjust to his liking and for reference he put it on the second to last pin adjustment. He owns another Carhartt hat as well at the same adjustment

So I bought this one and another one in gray because for the value, they are really comfortable hats. Also, they fit pretty nicely and I like having the vented backside of it. It’s great for a work hat if you’re looking for something not too flashy but nice for the value
