This is comparable to the c26 that we used to order for our employees. They love the fit and quality is the coat. Work outside in the winter in Wisconsin and stay warm and comfortable. It is a heavier weight jacket that is a touch stiff at the beginning but breaks in quickly and lasts years.

Good quality product. Really nice and warm. A heavy jacket. I gave it a four in protest of the fact the original blanket lined button up Carhartt jacket is no longer available. I've had two and loved them until they were threadbare. I really don't like the zipper (hard starting) and the velcro "fly" on the new jacket. But...I'll live with it. Might search for a better alternative (for me) next time. ... show more

My husband's old Carhartt coat was in need of an upgrade after about 20 years, so I got him this coat for Christmas. Now that he has worn it many times, I asked his opinion and he had only good things to say about it. First, it keeps him nice and warm, and we have had some extreme temps this winter. His former coat was the shorter style, more like a bomber jacket length, and he said he appreciates this one covering his bum. Since he lost some weight over the years, I got him a medium (old one was XL) and it fits great with plenty of room to move around in. No issues with zipper or pockets so far. The black duck fabric makes this coat nice looking and suitable for wearing just about anywhere. Carhartt seems to continue living up to their reputation, so I feel good about brand loyalty here. ... show more

Product was at a exceptional price, I’m 6’ 200lb and a large tall is not puffy or loose on me, and is longer then regular size to keep the cold out when working with your arms overhead.this is my 4th or 5th coat in this size never have a issue with quality, I’ll get about 3 years of hard use out of it by then the coat is normally in tatters by the bottom of the sleeve and pockets but still warm. ... show more
