  • LIFE ALTERING MOMENT. READ MY REVIEW!
Fit Type: Low Cut Size: X-Large Color: Grey
I was sitting in my fat man chair watching Bobs Burgers and it hit me. Several years back I made the decision to switch to baggy comfy boxers instead of my standard Marine Corps “tighty whites”. Enough said. Great decision. Now to the socks. It just hit me like a stripper does when you try and snatch a dollar bill from the stage. (I use stolen stripper tips to pay for the $4 buffet on Tuesday nights) Well anyway. My life altering moment was this. I purchased 24 pair of grey carhartt socks. Now stay with me. All those dingy white socks? TRASH THEM. Empty the sock drawer and fill with grey socks only. NO MORE WHITES TO MESS WITH IN THE LAUNDRY. When laundry is done. Don’t even fold the socks. Just throw em in the drawer. They’re all exactly the same. They’ll ALWAYS match. They’ll never be dingy looking. You’re welcome homies. PEACE! ... show more

  • Not Carhartt, China counterfeit copies!
Fit Type: Low Cut Size: X-Large Color: Grey
CARHARTT Corporation will be notified that you are selling counterfeit socks. One use and socks are already falling apart. These have to be China copies. I have been purchasing Carhartt sock, pants, shirts and overalls for over 30 years. These socks are garbage and I don’t advise anyone buying them. I would like my money back ... show more

  • Good socks for big men
Fit Type: Quarter Cut Size: X-Large Color: Black
Look, I just got these so I can’t obviously speak to their long term durability. Besides that, everyone has different expectations, like somehow a pair that comes in a pack of three for $12:should wear and last the same as a single pair that costs $15. I got these because I wear a size 14 show and can never find a good size when I go to the store. I like quarter socks, especially when I’m wearing a high top/hiker/work boot. The elastic at the top of crew socks can be too tight on a big man. I’m just looking for a quality sock in the right size for everyday use, which may include 20,000 step days, without spending $15 a pair. This seems to fit the sweet spot. Good comfortable socks. Nice thickness. The size is great (I got XL). Are these the same as Darn Tough or Wright Socks? No. Do they give better value for the money? Looks like it right now. Are they better than buying a pack of Hanes size 10-13 (and I generally like Hanes) at the store? Absolutely. Will I purchase these socks again. As of now, I’m definitely planning on it. ... show more

  • Dissapointed to say the least - not sure what they are good for
Fit Type: Quarter Cut Size: Large Color: Grey
Wow, what a disappointment. I was expecting much more from the Carhartt brand. All Terrain socks???? Not sure what they mean by that, but I was expecting a well made sock that could be worn in all sorts of conditions including in boots, hiking shoes, etc. These socks are made OK I suppose, but minimal cushioning and certainly nothing I would wear for any more rugged purpose such as hiking and in boots. Think uncomfortable in those situations. AND worse of all, they are very short - just barely over the ankle. Not sure who wears something that short in hiking or any all terrain condition, but it isn't me. I'll keep them to bum around in around the house, or maybe in a tennis/sneaker shoe, but they really aren't that comfortable in those shoes either. And to be clear, I'm really not picky as far as my feet. I'm normally comfortable in most anything and I don't think I've ever complained about a sock in my life. ... show more

  • No good anymore!
Fit Type: Low Cut Size: Large Color: White
These are not the same as they were only 3 months ago. The reason I buy these is because they're thick and heavy. These are thin and light. I'm guessing they changed third world suppliers or else these are fake knockoffs.

  • Worst. Socks. Ever.
Terrible socks, and overpriced by about double, thanks to the Carhartt name. Material is thin, there is no padding, and the elastic is weak throughout -- they bunch up in the sole, slide down in the ankle, and are generally awful. I returned them.

  • Serious quality issues
Fit Type: Quarter Cut Size: Large Color: Grey
I have purchased these MADE IN THE USA socks for years and have always been very happy with them. Until now. that is. I ordered several packages of the again and ALL of them look like they were sewn together by a monkey on his first day of work. My goodness are they terrible. Shocking and sickening.

  • Polyester 28%
Fit Type: Quarter Cut Size: X-Large Color: Black
If a customer has searched specifically for natural fabric or "100% cotton", its not the product's fault that they were given options that contain foreign oil textiles in it. Ended up with these after utilizing the buy now button hastily. The ONLY defect is the oil %'age (plastic doesn't breathe which is why cotton and wool {and animals!!!} were provided for clothing). As such, these make my feet sweat horribly. Thusly, they arent warm, arent cool, have major friction hot spots, and are therefore nit best fir anything besides manufacturers, middlemen, and retailers. Amazon could singlehandidly create the Hemp textile industry in America. Instead, the Z genners among them chase climate change boogeymen. You can tell cuz when you try to avoid clothes made from foreign oil, they sneak them into your search results anyhow. The sock is a great fit, otherwise. Such a shame. Wool works harder and is cheaper and no blood is spilt. None of us want foreign oil in our socks, we just dont know its there. ... show more
