Not my usual style of head dress, but they are expecting a cold Winter for the East Coast. My very first beene, and it's a winner for sure. Stylish and very warm and cosey, and with norml wear, should last a lifetime. It is a standrd style/size/fit and a comfortable non-scratchy material. Great hat, but perhaps not one size fits all. It is smaller and tighter than other Carhartt beanies I have. ...I stretched it out for a few days. Still tight, but not as tight as before.

Don't bother with the cheaper knit hats. This Carhartt is a little pricey but excellent value. Plenty big, holds up during washing, holds its color. I remove the "tonal patch" first thing, but that's up to you. I have two of these and wear them constantly in cold weather.
