These are good work trousers, but they definitely run small—so I recommend sizing up. They’re comfortable and look nice, but not heavy-duty or lined. I first bought these at a local farm supply type store for use at work. I REALLY like them but thought it would be nice to have additional colors. (local place only had 2 and I didn't like the other one) So I came to Amazon and, lo and behold, they had several, including one called "DARK COFFEE", which I thought sounded perfect since I prefer a darker color. (in this case, obviously dark brown; right..??) I bought 2 pairs and when they arrived a couple days later, I discovered that they had same color I already had. (green) Sooo... I returned them and reordered the DARK COFFEE... only to AGAIN receive the green... APPARENTLY, in their infinite wisdom, Carhartt has decided to call what is essentially a darkish olive color... you guessed it... DARK COFFEE. I've always wanted to buy Carhartt products, however, I've always been a bit scared off by the higher prices. However, I've had some recent health changes and really wanted to find some pants that would be durable and still look decent enough that I could wear them in the office. I'm sold. These pants are amazing. This is a pair of relaxed fit twill utility work pants. I wore them in a size that would be considered "big and tall," though the fit here is very relaxed. These look nice. I definitely can wear them into the office and do on a pretty regular basis. I'm honestly amazed with the durability of these pants. I'm a wheelchair user who does a lot of kneeling to transfer. I tend to wear out pants easily. These pants are simply fantastic. They look practically the same as the first day I bought them. They are attractive, durable, comfortable, and easily worth a somewhat higher price as they last longer than nearly any other pair of pants I've bought. It took me way too long to buy Carhartt.
