Both of my boys work construction and both have gone to using this instead of a jacket. It is heavy weight. Washes well. Extremely warm. The only thing that could possibly improve this would be to add a version with a hood. They do not appear to have shrunk in the wash.

Carhartt makes LITERALLY the best jackets ever. But they’re just a lil on the big side. I’m usually a Medium. I’m 5’6 150lbs. And the medium I bought looked like a large. So I returned and got a small. Fits good. Perfectly

I’m 6 foot tall, 230 pounds. I was swimming in the XL so I order a Large it fits good just the shoulders and belly area is tight. it’s buttoned up. The XL was huge on me. This really makes me sad cause I love everything about this jacket. It’s a total 5 star Quality jacket but the sizing sucks.
